RESOLUTION NO. 8891
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS AND CALLING FOR BIDS FOR
ANNUAL FUEL CONTRACT
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of the City of Campbell
specifications for the furnishing and delivering of unleaded fuel for City vehicles.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that the specifications for an annual fuel contract be, and they are hereby, adopted
and approved, and that the City Manager or his designee is authorized and directed to give
notice inviting sealed proposals for an annual fuel contract; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell that the
City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract for
the purchase of unleaded fuel on behalf of he City of Campbell.
