RESOLUTION NO. 8883
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING THE ADOPTION OF THE
REVISED OFFICIAL STREET TREE LIST
WHEREAS, Section 11.08.040 of the Campbell Municipal Code allows for amending
the Official Street Tree List from time to time; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has been presented with a revised Official Street Tree List,
Exhibit A, attached; and,
WHEREAS, on September 13, 1995, the Parks and Recreation Commission unanimously
voted to recommend that the City Council approve the adoption of said list.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the revised Official Street Tree List, Exhibit A, is hereby adopted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of October, 1995, by the following roll call vote:
