RESOLUTION NO. 8880
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING A NEW CONTRACT
BETWEEN THE HUMANE SOCIETY OF SANTA CLARA COUNTY
AND THE WEST VALLEY CITIES
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a contract with the Humane
Society of Santa Clara County to provide field animal services for the West
Valley Cities;
WHEREAS, the West Valley Cities have renegotiated a new contract from
July 1, 1995 through June 30, 1998;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council authorize
the approval of the extension of the contract between the Humane Society of
Santa Clara County and the West Valley Cities.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of September , 1995 by the
following vote:
