RESOLUTION NO. 8879
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING AN ADDENDUM TO THE
CURRENT AGREEMENT WITH THE WEST VALLEY CITIES
WHEREAS, the City Council approved an agreement with the West
Valley Cities for animal control services on April 1, 1994;
WHEREAS, the West Valley Cities have submitted an addendum to
change the current cost allocation formula based on each cities' population to
actual use by each city.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council authorize
the approval of the addendum to the West Valley Cities agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of septembe~ 1995 by the
