RESOLUTION NO. 8875
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FROM THE
CAMPBELL UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR LAND ALONG ABBOTT AVENUE
ASSOCIATED WITH TRACK 8726
WHEREAS, the Old Republic Title Company has determined that the underlying
fee title for a portion of Abbott Avenue is still vested with the Campbell Union School District;
and
WHEREAS, the Campbell Union School District executed a Grant Deed
conveying the land to the City of Campbell; and
WHEREAS, by accepting the Grant Deed, the City's street improvement will be
in conformance with the San Tomas Area Neighborhood Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby accepts the Grant Deed and authorizes the City Clerk to have the Grant Deed
recorded at the County Recorder's Office.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of September, 1995, by the following
roll call vote:
