RESOLUTION NO. 8867
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
RATIFYING AMENDMENT NO.1 TO THE CONSULTANT SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH BSI CONSULTANTS, INC., NOW KNOWN AS
BERRYMAN & HENIGAR
WHEREAS, on August 2, 1994, the City Council authorized the Public Works Director
to execute a Consultant Services Agreement with BSI Consultants, Inc. for land development
engineering services; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the execution of the Agreement, BSI Consultants, Inc. was
acquired by and is now known as Berryman & Henigar; and
WHEREAS, on July 31, 1995, the Public Works Director executed Amendment No.1
to the Agreement with BSI Consultants, Inc., now known as Berryman & Henigar, for modified
services, compensation and schedule changes; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney recommended that the City Council ratify Amendment No.
1 to the Consultant Services Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby ratifies Amendment No.1 to the Consultant Services Agreement with BSI Consultants,
now known as Berryman & Henigar, for professional engineering and consulting services.
