RESOLUTION NO. 8865
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING THE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH BA Y APARTMENT
COMMUNITIES, INC., FOR MAINTENANCE OF THE PATHWAY
ADJACENT TO 500 RAIL WAY AVENUE, CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Ordinance No.1877, approvmg the Planned
Development Permit for 500 Railway Avenue; and
WHEREAS, a condition of approval required the execution of a Maintenance Agreement
with the City of Campbell for the owner to maintain a pathway between Railway Avenue and the
Los Gatos Creek Trail; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement and maintenance specifications have been prepared and are
acceptable to both parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the Maintenance Agreement is hereby approved, and the Public Works Director is authorized
to execute this Agreement.
