RESOLUTION NO. 8864
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR
TO NEGOTIATE THE DISPOSAL OF AN AMBULANCE
WHEREAS, on December 6, 1994, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 8753
approving the sale of surplus vehicles and equipment; and,
WHEREAS, a minimum bid of $80,000 was established for the 1991 International
Ambulance; and,
WHEREAS, no bids were received for the ambulance; and,

WHEREAS, several parties expressed an interest in purchasing the ambulance at a lower
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the Public Works Director is authorized to negotiate an appropriate price for the 1991
International Ambulance.
