CC Resolution 8855 RESOLUTION 8855 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT OF THE AGREEMENT WITH MARKJ.OCHENDUSZKO FOR HIS EMPLOYMENT AS CITY MANAGER WHEREAS, the City Council has appointed Mark J. Ochenduszko as City Manager, effective July 6, 1992; and WHEREAS, Section 2.16.020 of the Campbell Municipal Code provides that compensation for all appointed officers and employees of the City shall be fixed by Resolution; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to have an employment agreement establishing the salary, benefits and working conditions of the City Manager for the duties and responsibilities of that position as set forth by the Campbell Municipal Code, Section 2.12; WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the employment agreement with Mark J. Ochenduszko; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Campbell that the Mayor is authorized to execute amendment to the employment agreement with Mark J. Ochenduszko, City Manager, a copy of which is attached hereto. Burr, Mayor Azr~ Anne Bybee, City Clerk City of Campbell City of Campbell Redevelopment Agency Amendment to Agreement for City Manager Services THAT CERTAIN AGREEMENT of employment dated June 23, 1992 between the City of Campbell, the Campbell Redevelopment Agency (City) and Mark J. Ochenduszko (City Manager) wherein Mark J. Ochenduszko is employed as the City Manager and Redevelopment Agency Executive Director is hereby amended as follows: The first sentence of Subsection a. of Section 2, regarding salary and benefits, shall be amended to read as follows: a. The City Manager's salary shall be increased $5,000 per year commencing on July 3, 1995. In all other respects, the agreement shall remain as first written. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, CITY has caused this agreement to be signed and executed in its behalf by its Mayor, and the City Manager has executed the same on the date noted.
