RESOLUTION 8849
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AN EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, artifact donations and cataloging of archival materials, training of docent
staff and administration of the museum's collection are important aspects of the Historical
Resources Division's on-going workload; and
WHEREAS, funds have been donated to the City's Historical Museum for Fiscal Year
95-96 for this purpose; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the services of a Museum Curator are needed
by the Historic Resources Division to assist with the curation of the museum collection and other
associated duties; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that Erin A. Finegan possesses the necessary skills
and knowledge to perform the responsibilities of Museum Curator as described in the attached
job description;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Campbell
does hereby authorize the City Manager to execute an Employment Agreement with Erin A.
Finegan for the position of Museum Curator for the period of September I, 1995 through June
30, 1996.
