RESOLUTION NO.
8848
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE
INCREASE OF HOUSING REHABILITATION LOANS TO A MAXIMUM OF $40,000
WHEREAS, the City has operated a successful home repair loan program since the
late 1970's; and
WHEREAS, the housing stock in Campbell is getting older and the price of materials
has been steadily increasing; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that there is a need to increase
the loan limits to $40,000 to cover all necessary home repairs.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby authorize
an increase in the rehabilitation loan limits to a maximum of $40,000.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Campbell this 18th day of July 1995, by the following vote:
