A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED DEDICATING LAND FOR STREET
PURPOSES AT 710 W. SUNNYOAKS AVENUE RELATED TO TRACT NO. 8625
WHEREAS, on July 20, 1993, the City Council approved the Tentative Tract Map for
Tract No. 8625; and
WHEREAS, the Final Tract Map was recorded on April 12, 1995; and
WHEREAS, the required half street right-of-way width on Sunnyoaks Avenue along the
property frontage is 30 feet as shown on the approved Tentative Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, the property owner has executed a Grant Deed, including Exhibits "A" and
"B" attached thereto, dedicating 20 feet of right-of-way for street purposes; and
WHEREAS, the additional 20 foot width, together with the existing 10 feet, provides the
required 30 foot street right-of-way width.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the Grant Deed dedicating a 20 foot strip of land for street purposes along the
property frontage at 710 W. Sunnyoaks concerning Tract No. 8625 and authorizes the City Clerk
to record said Grant Deed.
