RESOLUTION NO. 8844
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF A LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR TEMPORARY USE
OF THE PROPOSED SAN TOMAS AREA NEIGHBORHOOD PARK SITE
WHEREAS, New Cities Development (NCD) Construction, Inc. has requested that they
be licensed to use the proposed San Tomas Area Neighborhood Park site to place a sales trailer,
store construction equipment and materials, and perform activities related to marketing and
construction of adjacent homes; and
WHEREAS, a License Agreement satisfactory to the City Attorney has been executed by
NCD Construction, Inc. for the temporary use of the site.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby authorizes the Public Works Director to execute a License Agreement with NCD
Construction, Inc. for temporary use of the proposed San Tomas Area Neighborhood Park site.
