RESOLUTION NO. 8843
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH
THE COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA RELATING TO SAN TOMAS EXPRESSWAY
WHEREAS, the Mayor executed an Agreement with the County of Santa Clara for
Camden A venue/San Tomas Expressway Street and Traffic Signal Improvements on March 3,
1992; and
WHEREAS, various events occurred regarding funding and traffic signal maintenance
and operation since execution of the Agreement, an Amendment to the Agreement was executed
by the Mayor May 3, 1994, and
WHEREAS, a minor modification is necessary to complete the project and rename
Camden A venue to San Tomas Expressway beginning at White Oaks A venue and transfer an
additional area to the County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the Mayor is authorized to execute an Amendment to the Agreement with the County of
Santa Clara relating to control and maintenance boundaries of San Tomas Expressway.
