RESOLUTION NO. 8836
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING AN ADJUSTMENT
TO THE FISCAL YEAR 1994/1995 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a budget for the 1994/1995 Fiscal Year: and
WHEREAS, there is a need for funds not originally anticipated in the budget; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in Account 097.308.3534 Senior Citizen Trust Fund,
specifically for Senior Citizen programs and equipment.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council authorizes the transfer
of $2,000 from Account 097.308.3534 to Account 001.04.526.7884.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 1995 by the following roll call vote:

Reason for Request (Be Spec~f~c):
Funds are needed to purchase an Easy Ladder for the Community Center
swimming pool. The Easy Ladder is specifically designed to allow
safe and easy entry and exit of the pool for those individuals with
special needs. Funds are available in the Senior Citizen Trust Fund
and can be used for this purpose.
