RESOLUTION NO. 8835
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE PROGRAM
SUPPLEMENT NO. 011 TO LOCAL AGENCY - STATE AGREEMENT FOR
FEDERAL AID PROJECTS NO. 04-5306 IN CONNECTION WITH
PROJECT 93-76, TRAFFIC SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS: HAMILTON/MARATHON
AND HAMILTON/MILLICH MEDIAN ISLANDS
WHEREAS, in order to obtain Federal and State aid assistance in connection with State and
Federally funded road projects, and for the State Department of Transportation to approve the project,
it is necessary for the City of Campbell to accept and comply with the covenants and/or remarks set
forth in the attached Program Supplement No. 011; and
WHEREAS, the State of California, Department of Transportation has notified the City that the
City's signator must be authorized for signature by resolution of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby
approves Program Supplement No. 011 to Local Agency - State Agreement No. 04-5306 required for
State and Federally funded projects with regard to Project 93-76 Traffic Safety Improvements:
Hamilton/Marathon and Hamilton/Millich Median Islands, and authorizes the Public Works Director
to execute said Agreement and all future supplements to this Agreement for this project within the
approved project budget.
