RESOLUTION NO. 8831
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING THE FINAL MAP FOR TRACT 8726, ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS
OFFERED THEREON, AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE FINAL MAP,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR STREET
IMPROVEMENTS AND A STIPULATION TO CONDITION OF APPRO V AL
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell, California, as follows:
The City hereby approves the Final Map subject to the condition set forth herein below
and consents to recording of the map for Tract No. 8726, the dedications offered on the maps
are accepted for the purposes for which the same are offered, and the Mayor is authorized to
execute an Agreement with 36 Campbell Associates, L. P., a California Limited Partnership, to
install street improvements at 1510 Hacienda Avenue, and to execute a Stipulation to Condition
of Approval as follows.
CONDITION OF APPROVAL
No interest in any parcel approved pursuant to Final Map TS9303
can be sold, granted, devised, or otherwise transferred unless and
until any and all Park Fee obligations, that were a condition on
this application, have been fulfilled, either by cash payment or
bonds pursuant to the San Tomas Park Development Agreement
entered between the City and Applicant. Applicant shall record
notice of this condition, in a form satisfactory to the City
Attorney, with the County Recorder's Office at the time of
recordation of the Final Map.
