RESOLUTION NO. 8830
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN A MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING FOR IMPLEMENT A nON OF THE
SILICON V ALLEY SMART CORRIDOR PROJECT
WHEREAS, on February 7, 1995, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 8772
supporting the Silicon Valley Smart Corridor Project; and
WHEREAS, an estimated $450,000 in traffic operations equipment improvements
could be made in the City of Campbell over the next several years should the project proceed
as planned; and
WHEREAS, the attached draft Memorandum of Understanding identifies the role and
responsibilities of all agencies involved in this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby authorized the City Manager to execute a Memorandum of Understanding
for the implementation of the Silicon Valley Smart Corridor Project.
