RESOLUTION NO. 8828
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING AN ADDENDUM TO THE AGREEMENT
WITH JOHN P. GACHINA LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT
FOR PUBLIC FACILITIES LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell authorized by Resolution No. 8357
dated July 21, 1992, an agreement with John P. Gachina Landscape Management from August
1, 1992, through June 30, 1993, for Public Facilities Landscape Management Program;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell authorized by Resolution No. 8505
dated June 15, 1993, and Resolution No. 8674 dated June 21, 1994, two one-year extensions
of the agreement through June 30, 1995, based upon mutual agreement between the City and the
Contractor as to modified terms and compensation; and
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell desires to further modify the terms and compensation
of the agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the agreement with John P. Gachina Landscape Management be extended from July 1, 1995,
through September 30, 1995, for the mutually agreed upon compensation of $6,926.38 per
month for a three-month total of $20,779.14.
