RESOLUTION NO. 8827
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN
AMENDMENT TO THE SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH ACMI FOR WORKERS'
COMPENSATION ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
WHEREAS, the firm of Associated Claims Management, Inc. has the
responsibility of administering the City's Workers' Compensation Program; and
WHEREAS, the services provided by this firm have been excellent and staff
wishes to continue utilizing ACMI as the City's third-party administrator for the coming
fiscal year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby
authorized to execute said Amendment on behalf of the City.
