RESOLUTION NO. 8818
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE
1994/95 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a Capital Improvement budget for the 1994/95
fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, there is a need for funds to replace the deteriorating boilers which provide
heat for the swimming pool and Main Gymnasium, which was not originally anticipated in the
budget; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the Capital Improvement Reserve fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council authorizes the transfer
of $44,000 from the Capital Improvement Reserve account 001.206.2241 to the new project
account 035.90.950.95- .4882 - Improvements to Buildings: Replacement Heating Systems.
