A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF BID FOR
FINANCIAL AUDIT SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has reviewed proposals for
Financial Audit Services for Fiscal Years 94/95, 95/96 and 96/97; and
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell wishes to enter into an agreement with Coopers and
Lybrand for financial audit services as quoted, not to exceed $33,500, $35,000, and $37,500 for
FY 94/95, 95/96 and 96/97 respectively;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the proposal for financial audit services
with Coopers and Lybrand be approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of May, 1995, by the following roll call vote:
