RESOLUTION 8814
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
WITH SAN JOSE MERCURY NEWS
TO PRODUCE A RECREATION ACTIVITY BROCHURE
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell, California that the following
agreement which has been approved by the City Attorney and the Recreation & Community
Services Director and this day presented to this City Council, be and is hereby approved for:
Recreation activity brochure
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Campbell is hereby
authorized to execute an agreement with the San Jose Mercury News to provide said brochure
services.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Campbell this second day of May, 1995, by the following vote:
