RESOLUTION NO. 8810
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING AN ADDENDUM TO THE 1993/95 AGREEMENT WITH GARDNER
MERCHANT FOOD SERVICES, INC. FOR NUTRITION SITE MEALS FOR FISCAL
YEAR 1995/96
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell recognizes the need for Nutrition Services for Senior Citizens
in Campbell; and
WHEREAS, Gardner Merchant Food Services, Inc. has been designated as the successful bidder
for the provision of food services for the City/County Nutrition Program for Fiscal Year
1995/96;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council authorizes the Addendum
Agreement with Gardner Merchant Food Services, Inc. for Nutrition Site meals for Fiscal Year
1995/1996.
