RESOLUTION NO. 8792
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
DESIGNATING MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVES FOR THE
1995 MEETING AND CONFERRING SESSIONS
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell undertakes the meeting and conferring process with
its employee organizations as provided by the Meyers-Milias-Brown Act; and
WHEREAS, meeting and conferring will commence in May, 1995, to reach an
agreement on a Memorandum of Understanding for the period commencing July, 1995 and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended a management negotiating team to
represent the City Council in such meeting and conferring sessions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Campbell designates the following as members of the Management Negotiating team:
Administrative Services Director, Barbara Lee (Chairperson)
Personnel Manager, Judy Bell
Police Lieutenant, David Gullo
