RESOLUTION NO. 8784
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR
CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department is in need of construction inspection services
in conjunction with capital improvement projects and encroachment permits; and
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell does not have sufficient in-house staffing to perform
all essential construction inspection services; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Gatos Public Works Department has a qualified inspector
available on a half-time basis to perform construction inspection services for the City of
Campbell;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby authorizes the Public Works Director to execute an agreement with the Town of Los
Gatos for construction inspection services.
