RESOLUTION NO. 8767
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DESTRUCTION OF
BUSINESS LICENSE APPLICATION FILES
WHEREAS, due to storage constraints the need has arisen to destroy certain business
license application files; and
WHEREAS, this destruction of records is being carried out in accordance with all
applicable laws and rules regarding retention of records; and
WHEREAS, it is requested that authorization be given to destroy files pertaining to
business license applications prior to January 1, 1993; and
WHEREAS, current business license information is available.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby authorize
the destruction of these business license application files.
