RESOLUTION NO. 8753
BEING A RESOLUTION APPROVING TIlE SALE OF
SURPLUS VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has been presented
with a request from staff to dispose of surplus vehicles and equipment and
authorize accepting of bids.
NOW, TIlEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Campbell that the staff request for disposal of surplus vehicles be approved
and adopted, and that the Public Works Superintendent is authorized and directed
to give notice for sale of surplus vehicles.
PASSED AND ADOPTED TIllS 6th day of December, 1994, by the
