RESOLUTION NO. 8748
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAMPBELL AMENDING THE CITY'S CAPITAL BUDGET FOR THE
1994-1995 FISCAL YEAR
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council an annual budget for
the operating of all departments and facilities of the City of Campbell for the Fiscal Year
1994-1995; and
WHEREAS, the City Council took action to amend the operating budget; and
WHEREAS, all amendments have been incorporated into the total calculation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that the Capital Budget be amended by $3,413 reflecting transfers-out for
project expenditures over funding sources as of June 30, 1994 from Capital Improvement
Reserve in the amount of $3,296 and Gas Tax funds in the amount of $117.
