A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CUUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF $11,501.35 IN CDBG FUNDS FROM
ESO'S HANDYWORKER PROGRAM, TARGETED CODE ENFORCEMENT, AND
CDBG ADMINISTRATION TO THE CITY HALL HANDICAP ACCESS PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council had previously approved CDBG funds for Handyworker
Program, Targeted Code Enforcement and CDBG Administration; and
WHEREAS, those projects are completed for fiscal year 1993-94; and
WHEREAS, the carryover CDBG funds need to be transferred to other eligible City
projects in a timely fashion; and
WHEREAS, there is a need for additional funds to complete the City Hall Handicap
Access Project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby authorize the
transfer of $11,501.35 in carryover CDBG funds to the City Hall Handicap Access Project.

Three completed CDBG 93-94 projects have "county carryover" funds totalling
$11,501.35 which need to be transferred to other eligible CDBG projects. The
completed projects with carryover funds include ESO-handywork ($2.102.43); targeted
code enforcement ($6.847.74); and CDBG Admin ($2.551.18). the current project
in need of additional funds is city hall handicap access project. Council approval
