RESOLUTION NO. 8740
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF THE FINANCIAL SYSTEM UPGRADE AND
RELATED BUDGET ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has reviewed proposals for the
Financial System Upgrade and,
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell wishes to enter into an agreement with Pentamation
for the procurement, installation and testing of the Financial System Upgrade and,
WHEREAS, an increase to the project budget in the amount of $75,000 is required to
implement the new system,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the proposal for the Financial System
Upgrade with Pentamation be approved and that the necessary budget adjustment be completed.
