RESOLUTION NO. 8737
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY MERIDIAN GRADING
AND PAVING FOR PROJECT 94-71 ANNUAL STREET MAINTENANCE
PROJECT - WINCHESTER BOULEVARD RESURFACING
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 8651 on May 3, 1994 awarding a
contract to Meridian Grading and Paving for construction of improvements known as Project 94-
71 Annual Street Maintenance Project - Winchester Boulevard Resurfacing; and
WHEREAS, Meridian Grading and Paving has completed the aforementioned contract in
accordance with the contract documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed under the Annual Street Maintenance Project -
Winchester Boulevard Resurfacing - Project 94-71 and directs staff to file the Notice of
Completion.
