RESOLUTION NO. 8736
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY B & B CONCRETE
CONSTRUCTION FOR PROJECT 93-52, ANNUAL SIDEWALK MAINTENANCE
AND PROJECT 93-72 ANNUAL ACCESSIBILITY RAMP PROJECT (93-72)
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 8669 on June 7, 1994 approving the
plans and specifications, authorizing the solicitation of bids, and authorizing the Public Works
Director to execute a contract for construction of the improvements known as Project 93-52
Annual Sidewalk Maintenance Project and Project 93-72 Annual Accessibility Ramp Project; and
WHEREAS, said contract was executed by the Public Works Director with B & B
Concrete Construction on July 18, 1994; and
WHEREAS, B & B Concrete Construction has completed the aforementioned contract in
accordance with the contract documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed under the Annual Sidewalk Maintenance Project
(93-52) and the Annual Accessibility Ramp Project (93-72) and directs staff to file the Notice
of Completion.

vote:
