RESOLUTION NO. 8735
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY COLLISHA W
CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR PROJECT 93-80 BASCOM AVENUE
INTERCONNECT AND RESURFACING
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 8647 on April 19, 1994 awarding a
contract to Collishaw Construction, Inc. for construction of improvements known as Project 93-
80 Bascom A venue Interconnect and Resurfacing; and
WHEREAS, Collishaw Construction, Inc. has completed the aforementioned contract in
accordance with the contract documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed under the Bascom A venue Interconnect and
Resurfacing Project 93-80 and directs staff to file the Notice of Completion.
