BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF AN AMENDED AGREEMENT FOR CITY
ATTORNEY SERVICES AND SET THE COMPENSATION
FOR THE CITY ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, the City Council desire to continue the services of
William R. Seligmann as City Attonrey;
WHEREAS, the City Council is authorized to establish the
compensation paid to the City Attorney;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the ci ty Council of the ci ty of
Campbell as follows:
1. The Mayor is here by authorized to execute the Amended
Agreement for Services of City Attorney, a copy of which is
attached hereto;
2. Pursuant to section 7 of the Amended Agreement for Services
of City Attorney, the compensation of the City Attorney, the
compensation of the City Attoney and any assistants, paralegals and
law clerks shall be as follows for all services perfomed on or
after October 1, 1994:
Monthy Retainer:
$6,450.00
Litigation Services:
City Attorney $105.00 per hour
Assistant Attorney $ 90.00 per hour
Law Clerk/Paralegal $ 45.00 per hour
