RESOLUTION 8719
BEING A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH EUNICE OCKERMAN DESIGN
FOR THE DESIGN AND INSTALLATION OF INFORMATIONAL PANELS
AT THE LOS GATOS CREEK TRAIL KIOSK IN CAMPBELL PARK.
WHEREAS, funding has been appropriated in the Fiscal Year 1994/1995 budget for
said project;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: by the City Council of the City of
Campbell, California that the following agreement which has been approved by the Director of
Recreation and Community Services, the Finance Director and the City Attorney and this day
presented to this City Council, be, and is hereby approved for:
Eunice Ockerman Design.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an
agreement with Eunice Ockerman Design for the design and installation of informational exhibit
panels at the Los Gatos Creek Trail kiosk in Campbell Park.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Campbell this sixth day of September, 1994, by the following vote:
