RESOLUTION NO. 8706
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE BSI CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR LAND DEVELOPMENT
ENGINEERING SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department Engineering Division has a staff vacancy in
the Land Development Section, resulting in a substantial increase in the review times for land
development applications; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to reduce this long response time, and increase the level of
service provided to our customers; and
WHEREAS, BSI Consultants, Inc. has staff qualified to perform review of maps, grading
and drainage plans, and street improvement plans,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby authorizes the Public Works Director to execute an agreement with the BSI Consultants,
Inc. for land development engineering services.
