RESOLUTION 8703
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO mE SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH
ASSOCIATED CLAIMS MANAGEMENT, INC. FOR
WORKERS' COMPENSATION ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
WHEREAS, the firm of Associated Claims Management, Inc. has the responsibility of
administering the City's Workers' Compensation program and;
WHEREAS, the services provided by this firm have been excellent and staff wishes to
continue utilizing ACMI as the City's third-party administrator for the coming fiscal year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby authorized
to execute said amendment on behalf of the City.
