RESOLUTION NO. 8694
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMPBELL GRANTING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE
CONVERSION RAILWAY AVENUE TO TWO-WAY TRAFFIC.
After public notification as specified by law, the City Council did find, with
regard to the granting of a Negative Declaration for the conversion of Railway
A venue to two-way traffic:
1. An initial study has been completed in compliance with the California
Environmental Quality Act.
2. No substantial evidence has been presented witch show that the project
as currently presented would have a significant adverse impact on the
en vironmen t.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of July, 1994, by the following roll call
