RESOLUTION NO. 8676
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
ANE~LOYMENTAGREEMENT
WHEREAS, fiscal integrity, budget preparation, and revenue and expenditure
administration are important aspects of the Finance Departments's ongoing workload; and
WHEREAS, funds have been identified within the approved appropriations for the
Finance Department for Fiscal Year 1994-1995; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the services of a Project Accountant are needed
by the Finance Department to assist with fiscal monitoring, analysis, budget and other associated
duties; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that Robert L. Edris possesses the necessary skills
and knowledge to perform the responsibilities of Project Accountant as described in the attached
job description;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell does hereby authorize the City Manager to execute an Employment Agreement with
Robert L. Edris for the position of Project Accountant for the period of July 1, 1994 through
June 30, 1995.
