RESOLUTION NO. 8674
BEING A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A
ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF THE AGREEMENT WITH
JOHN P. GACHINA LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT
FOR PUBLIC FACILITIES LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell authorized, by Resolution
No. 8357 dated July 21, 1992, an agreement with John P. Gachina Landscape
Management from August 1, 1992 through June 30, 1994, for Public Facilities
Landscape Maintenance Program;
WHEREAS, the contract allows for up to three (3) additional one-year extensions
based upon mutual agreement between the City and the Contractor as to modified terms
and compensation;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell authorized by Resolution
No. 8505 dated June 15, 1993, a one-year extension of the agreement through June 30,
1994;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council authorizes a
one-year extension of the agreement with John P. Gachina Landscape Management, for
the mutually agreed upon compensation of $6,522.00 per month for an annual total of
$78,264.00.
