RFSOLUTION NO. 8671
A RFSOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING THE
TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF THE WATER TOWER PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell wishes to develop the property located at 90 South
First Street into a public park; and
WHEREAS, the San Jose Water Company, current owners and operators of the
subject property, wish to transfer title to the property to the City of Campbell for the future
development of a public park;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Campbell accepts title to the subject property per the conditions and provisions described in
the attached property transfer agreement.
