CC Resolution 8670 RESOLUTION NO. 8670 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO A PREVIOUSLY-APPROVED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 220 E. CAMPBELL AVENUE, IN A C-3-S (CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT) ZONING DISTRICT. FILE NO. UP 92-01/DDP 92-01. The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows: SECTION ONE: That the City of Campbell has hereby modified the previously-approved Conditional Use Permit on property known as 220 E. Campbell A venue, amending three conditions to read: Amended Conditions of Approval (New language is highlighted): 1. Elevations: Elevations indicating a revised awning design incorporated a varied shape and more subdued color to be submitted to the Planning Department and approved by the Planning Director upon recommendation of the Architectural Advisor prior to application for a building permit. The awnings shall utilize a fade resistant material subject to approval of the Planning Commission and be installed by December 31, 1994. (Planning) 3. Landscaping: Landscaping plan indicating type and size of plant material, and located irrigation system to be submitted to the Planning Department and approved by the Site and Architectural Review Committee prior to issuance of a building permit. Landscape plans to address landscaping along East Campbell Avenue frontage and the parking area and to be installed by December 31, 1994. (Planning) 13. Alleyway: In accordance with the parking layout shown on the approved site plan, applicant shall exit the parking area through the alleyway at the south end of this property. If applicant's ingress/egress access through the alleyway is precluded, applicant shall immediately terminate the use granted under this Use Permit. Applicant may then appeal to the Community Development Department for a modification to this Use Permit to reflect the loss of the ingress/egress through the alleyway. Additionally, applicant shall maintain alleyway in a manner which will provide for safe passage for vehicles, bicycles and pedestrians. All previous conditions of City Council Resolution #8261 still apply except as amended above. City Council Resolution No. 220 E.
