A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE SURPLUS OF OBSOLETE HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has reviewed list of equipment requested
to be surplused and,
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell wishes to receive sealed bids for the entire lot and,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the request for surplusing obsolete hardware,
software and miscellaneous office supplies be awarded to the highest bidder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of May, 1994 by the following roll call vote:
