RESOLUTION NO. 8655
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMPBELL MODIFYING SCHEDULE OF FEES
WHEREAS, Assembly Bill 1972 became law on January 1, 1994
requiring law
enforcement agencies to collect a $15.00 fee for repossessed
vehicles to offset costs of entering the repossession information
into the California Law Enforcement Telecommunications System.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Campbell approves modification of the Fee Schedule to
include the $15.00 repossession fee and that this fee shall be
added to the Police Department Fees in the Addendum-Fees Section
of the Council Policy Manual.
