A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING THE CONCEPTUAL DESIGN OF THE HAMILTON/MARATHON
AND HAMILTON/MILLICH MEDIANS - TRAFFIC SPOT IMPROVEMENT
PROJECTS AND DIRECTING STAFF TO PROCEED WITH DESIGN
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 8641, a resolution of intent
to build the Hazard Elimination Safety (RES) projects at the intersections of
Hamilton/Marathon and Hamilton/Millich and to commit the appropriate matching funds;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 8641, increasing the budget
for the Traffic Spot Improvement Project budget to reflect the RES funding; and
WHEREAS, conceptual plans for these two projects have been prepared and
presented to Council for conceptual approval and direction to proceed with design;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that the conceptual design for the Hamilton/Marathon and Hamilton/Millich
median islands is hereby approved and staff is directed to continue design for these projects.
