A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE
AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA FOR CAMDEN
AVENUE/SAN TOMAS EXPRESSWAY, STREET AND TRAFFIC SIGNAL
IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the Mayor executed an Agreement with the County of Santa Clara for
Camden Avenue/San Tomas Expressway, Street and Traffic Signal Improvements, on March
3, 1992; and
WHEREAS, various events have taken place regarding funding and traffic signal
maintenance and operation, since execution of the Agreement, which necessitate amending
the Agreement, as described in the staff report dated May 3, 1994;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an Amendment to the Agreement
with the County of Santa Clara for Camden Avenue/San Tomas Expressway, Street and
Traffic Signal Improvements.
