RESOLUTION NO. 8650
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING
THE USE OF ADDITIONAL RULE 20A FUNDS
FOR A PORTION OF CONVERSION OF INDIVIDUAL SERVICES
IN UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO.6
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Commission's Rule 20A funds have been authorized for
the conversion of the mainline utility service within Underground Utility District No. 6 on the west
side of Bascom Avenue from Campisi Way to Hamilton Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Rule 20A funds can be used to fund a portion of the conversion of the
individual service including the trenching, conduit, surface restoration and conductor from the
property line to building face up to a maximum of 100 lineal feet; and,
WHEREAS, it is desirous to use these funds to assist individual property owners with the
cost of conversion;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell that
Rule 20A funds are authorized to be used for the conversion of both the mainline utility and the
first 100 lineal feet of individual overhead electrical service as permitted by Rule 20A.
