RESOLUTION NO. 8645
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE
1993/94 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a budget for the 1993/94 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, there is a need for funds not originally anticipated in the budget; and
WHEREAS, current Community Center revenues are $115,235 ahead of target for the
year and this excess revenue is available in the Unappropriated Fund Balance Account
098.206.2290 - Community Center Lease Revenues.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council authorizes the transfer
of $10,000 from the Unappropriated Fund Balance account 098.206.2290 to operating
expenditure account 093.04.527.0000.4884 - Capital Equipment.

Reason for Re~est (Be Spec~f~c):
For the purchase of new pool deck furniture.
The existing deck furniture is in poor condition. Some pieces are unsafe, others
are unsightly. This appropriation will provide new commercial-grade furniture with
a life expectancy of five to seven years.
