RESOLUTION NO. 8643
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR TRAFFIC SPOT IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT 93-76
WHEREAS, the current Traffic Spot Improvement Project includes funding for design
of median island improvements on Hamilton Avenue at Millich Drive and Marathon Drive;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell has been awarded $63,000 in Hazard Elimination
Safety, Federal grant funds, which will fund 90% of the costs for construction and contract
administration of median island improvements on Hamilton Avenue at Millich Drive and
Marathon Drive; and
WHEREAS, the Traffic Spot Improvement Project also includes funding for the
required 10% City match of $8,000 towards construction and contract administration;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that the attached budget adjustment in the amount of $63,000 is hereby approved.
